Chewable Cal-Mag Plus D
Bioavailable calcium and magnesium plus vitamin D.

Calcium and magnesium citrates are supplied in a 2:1 ratio with natural vitamin D3 in convenient chewable wafers. Magnesium complements calcium and vitamin D by supporting bone strength and remodeling. It is also vital for energy production and proper cardiovascular function. Dietary calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D are frequently lower than recommended, especially for persons on restricted diets. The ability to ingest and absorb adequate amounts of these nutrients may be further impaired following bariatric surgery. Chewable Cal-Mag Plus D may be of particular benefit for persons with impaired gastrointestinal function following illness or surgery.

Suggested Use: 2 tablets twice daily.
